• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure results from platform-side changes unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method after applicable processing periods.
